I need to add a retailer locator search feature to a web site. What I'm looking for is a "closest retail location" finder that the user enters their address, and then gets the five closest retail locations for my client's product.
I would also like to be able to collect the address information users enter in a database. The locations for the products will need to be updated every 1 to 2 weeks.

Please ask questions and also let me know if I've described this project correctly in the title and description. This is for an existing web site. A database has not been setup but I do have lists of the retail locations posted on the site that are grouped into pages by city.

I don't need a map to display, I just need a listing of the five nearest retail locations to the users own address.
Additional Info (Added 9/2/2008 at 2:23 EST)...I am looking for a Programmer that I can work with on this and future projects. I will be posting another job this week for a simple web page newsletter sign-up form that will send e-mail notification and collect info into a simple database.
