I need a part of a project coded by someone who has more skills than me, i would assume directshow skills are needed:
I need to capture/record a flash video stream from any given website. Example could be youtube.
First, I need a simple video player made with display,start, pause, stop buttons, volume control and a time line.
Second, I need your code to take a URL as input, if the URL has a flash video on it I need your code to be able to play,pause,stop that video, capture the stream and display it in our own player. the webpage is not visible in the application. Basically, what is clicked on our player by the user, your code has to do on the real player, and then deliver the video.
Third, as with youtube and other some other video sites, you can skip forward in a movie without preloading the whole video, I need that function to work on our player, hence our own time line.
Fourth, the video display must be able to be re sized, such as fit-to window or full screen.
Fifth, When a video has finished playing, I need your code to call a simple "video finished" function, so I can implement my own code afterward.
My initial project that your code will be part of will be written in Visual Studio 2008, and I would prefer it to be a c++ ,non! .NET application. But a c++/c# .NET solution by you is still acceptable.
Your part of this application will be the first written, so you will not have to take in consideration any already existing code.
