	Description:	Hi Drupal Developers, I have a PSD design that I need converted into a Drupal 6.4 theme. There are 2 pages: 1) Front Page/Home Page 2) Content page A few requirements: 1) The service_links module will need to be integrated into the theme 2) The theme must be 100% XHTML compliant 3) The theme must be 100% tableless 4) The theme must be cross-browser compliant 5) The theme must use all divs, menus at the top, heading tags, li tags, etc. according to my specifications 6) A NDA is required which I will provide Thanks and please use the PMB.
