	Description:	I currently need a script for my website for the following process, (this can be done in any platform you see best (php prefferred)) my customers would get to the website.. and basically fill out a form (needed by yourselves) this form would have several boxes for information, ie. name, company name, telephone, email.. I then need the data inputted to be put on a database which is then accessed by different members with login usernames and passwords which they would then see the customers inputs. Now i need the information sent from the form to be displayed as easy as possible, from the point of logging in on the website.. they need to see what the user has typed into the form. I would like these to be displayed in date order? earliest to be on the top. If possible i also need an email to be sent to the person whos filled in the form with a link to delete there data from the database? Also an option for the user to select how many days the information is shown, before it is automatic deleted.. Is this possible? Does this make any sense? its hard to put into words.. CMS maybe? I just need this to be able to be integrated into a website thats currently being made. (i should be able to safely integrate it) Please bid if you would like to have a shot at this project?
