I'm looking for a completed real estate site script with a quality CMS. I'd like to see it live (front and back end) and be able to work with you to customize it for design and functionality. If you did it for another client and would like to re-sell it, we can edit it so there will be no issues with a copy of another site and you won't step on anybody's toes.
Please don't contact me with some crappy joomla, or even php script in quasi-english that feels like the year 2000 and navigates like a tug boat. I'm looking for a site like www.Trulia.com or www.bhgrealestate.com. Picture www.PanamaRealtor.com, but with the feel and functionality of the two previous. It needs to look good, feel good, navigate well and SEO like a machine.
This site will probably be used multiple times for a few different US and international areas. It needs to be publicly available for agents and brokers to add listings (free and paid), as well as the admin to be able to add and update listings. It needs to be able to accept MLS XML and IDX feeds as well as hand-entered listings and should also have integrated google maps and other cool toys and widgets.
I'm willing to spend some money to get a high-quality product. If you're willing and able to keep working with us on maintaining and upgrading the product, so be it.
