I'm currently drafting a requirements specs for an online car portal to sell cars. Brand new and used cars. I am wondering if there are any teams here who might have done simliar projects. PLease give me your quote along with a break down of technology used, duration for completetion and what is included in your quote.

a website to help buyers and sellers buy/sell new and used cars.
intention is to make this a premium site. (not just any ordinary templated sites that I have seen)
online advertising capability. I would like to see what ad server solution is integrated to this website.
Intuitive user interface. It must not be too cluttered. If unable, I can provide my own design on the Front End.
Future Phases:
It will have an added feature for high end, exlusive cars.
This phase can be in phase 2. but I'l like to hear your proposal on this. Added
Auction feature to allow users to sell their cars via auctioning.
Please give me details on your technology used. I dont want to see template website. I only want to see actual implementation and your proposed technology, and your valued proposition. Thanks much. Hope to hear and work with you soon.
