Hi,
We currently have a perfectly working script that works with PayPal IPN.
The PayPal IPN sends information of a buyer. (name,address etc.) to a third-party service.
What we need you to do is for you to either edit the script to include code so that PayPal also sends the information (name and email) of the buyer to autoresponder services Aweber.com and GetResponse.com. If that's not possible, please let me know an alternative and we'll work together.
Basically, it should work with both GetResponse.com and Aweber.com.
I'm sure this can be done as there are scripts which do this, but I need this integrated with our script.
I'm not entirely sure how the system would work, if you worked with these services before, I'm open to your suggestions on how you are going to do it.
Here's some information you might want to know:
- The current script gets the buyer's PayPal email address
- And sends the buyer an email.
All you have to do:
- Get the buyers name and email (if all else fails, even just an email will do) and send it to GetResponse.com and Aweber.com.
NOTE: it should just be compatible to send the data to both GetResponse.com and Aweber.com. I don't expect it to send to both sites at once, but rather be compatible with both sites.
It should be a fairly easy project for someone who knows what they are doing or worked with these services before. I'm sure there are different ways to do this, so if you need more details or have some ideas and need my help, please PM me and I'll be more than happy to help.
