	Description:	Greetings, I am looking for a freelance API programmer for a simple project. We are presently subscribing a digital library. We will need the following programmes written : a) from our server, we will create new users to access the digital library. Information of the new users must be transferred to service provider database b) students that login from our server will automatically be authenticated and transferred to digital library servers. We have all the appropriate manuals. Please let me know if you're keen.
