	Description:	I need a way for potential clients to be able to send me a proof of the job they want done (without the use of graphics programs), and for me to be able to give them quotes based upon that. Sooo... I need a website application that is in effect a simple WYSIWYG editor. It needs to be user-editable, in that users have the ability to use various embedded fonts, the ability to add separate lines of text in various colors, the ability to move and resize text with a mouse cursor and the ability to send me a proof of the final image via email with contact information and any notes they may have. I would also need the WYSIWYG to have the ability to change simple things in it (proof size, email address, color codes, etc.). My server has MySQL and PHP support.
