	Description:	The past year our company has grown but our backoffice system has not. We started this project to create a new modulair backoffice system that lives up to our current and future needs. The project is divided in 3 programming fases. In this first fase of the project we are looking for the following modules. Fase 1 Product management This module should create the possibility to: Create products Edit products Remove products One or more properties can be assigned to a product. Customers should be able to select this properties when they place an order. Product pricing Create a new group Each group can have a start date Edit the cost of a product Delete a group Order management The order management module makes it possible to track an order from placement till shipping/collection. Shipping The shipping module makes it possible to create new parcels that can be put ready for sending. Create a new shipping Place an order in a shipping Billing With the billing module you should be able to: generate one or more invoices for each order from the different price lists. Edit invoices that are no older than 4 weeks and not paid yet. CRM A fully functional CRM module. Acions Log every event for an order or customer with the actor date time and eventtype. Email A module that makes it possible to email customers directly from the system. And link emails to certain actions
