Hello, I'm working with a script, phpFoX (phpfox.com) and there are three pages in it I need redesigned. (This does not include header and footer of the site, they're in seperate files) The three pages must be web 2.0 completely. The pages that need to be designed currently only have basic text links listed for options for the user, we want this to become very graphical. Before any work is started we want to see mock ups of how they will be designed.

HTML / CSS - Structuring the sites content
Web Design - Making it look nice
Graphic Design - Making images
The site is in smarty (if you don't know how to use the smarty engine in php don't bid please)
We would like the design on these pages to be tableless, and graphical.
This is ONLY three pages, and excludes header and footer, just content, we are aiming to do this for 50USD or lower. Lowest bid is likely to win, if impressed with work done, will open projects for the future.
