	Description:	Looking for an add-on to an existing auction/classifieds site using GeoDesic's ClassAuctions Enterprise. A) The add-on would be technically similar to http://barriegaragesales.com in that we would require an “add” button so visitors could checkmark all the garagesales they want to visit then click the “add to itinerary” button which produces a google map and generates driving instructions (google maps) and sort itinerary option. B) Our geodesic install has a script that allows only Canadians to sell or auction off items and only Canadians and Americans to buy/bid. The garagesale section would be open to anyone worldwide. C) Using a copy of the geodesic storefront add-on (as we also want the storefront option to remain for the auctions/classifieds part of the site) and the already installed postal code search (only the Canadian database is currently loaded)... you would build a page where visitors can search for garage sales by country, and distance from their postal code (if available - I don't know if this option would be feasible in all countries) then check buttons for ones they are interested in and then generate a google map with driving directions. Also allow visitor to view and bid on special items in the sale. These items will not be for sale at the actual garagesale but will be viewable there. Once the garagesale is ended, the items can be available for bidding up to a date set when registering the sale (so there's two dates required when creating a garagesale entry: the actual sale date and the end of the auction date). D) When creating a garagesale, items can be added for auction (bid online only, not for sale at the actual garagesale) or “fixed price” (sold at the actual garagesale not online). These items would be added on the garagesale registration page and automatically added to the individual sections on the site as well as the garagesale page. These items, when viewed on other pages on the site would include a garagesale icon which links to their garagesale page. E) Option to have goods won at auction picked up only (ie not mailed). Designated by “pickup only” icon. (Also to be available to any item added to the site whether auction or classified. F) Option to join an email list for alerts to any garagesales that come up within a certain radius of your postcode G) As per http://garagesaleorganizer.ca/ we also want the option to export the googlemap information using http://www.gpsbabel.org/
