	Description:	Working with goemerchant as shop cart provider, need someone to create new website that is "wow" using pearl, mother of pearl and/or abalone elements. List of features includes: sorting by 4 categories at least [price and pearl necklace and black color, for example]; e-gift certificates, customer login/register, "if you buy this you may like this" feature, customer reviews, ability to use offline/online support service, at least 4 levels of categories/sub categories. Maybe flash on left nav bar; tell me why/why not you'd use. Maybe flash page later. Also need new pages for media center, host a party, about/contact us, and a few more pages for added info. Make rss feed capable. And most certainly create so SEO functions are there, ready to go!!! Am clueless on how to do site; a real pro will know ins and outs of this in regards to how to design site, right? :) Serious, veteran pros only; want to establish partner feel to relationship. Would like to agree to total package of features, then roll them out over period of time [3-6 months) so as not to pay for this all at once. Want flexible design so we can add new features and functionalities. Pay...cold hard cash. But would be very very open to augmenting payment with 1) trade of professional, veteran editorial/PR services (I am award-winning consultant, 28 years experience) and/or 2) all the dream pearls you want! Additional Info (Added 7/22/2008 at 14:48 EST)... Would like 1) examples of other creative sites, URLS, and 2) beyond obvious look of examples, upfront info as to whether you contract out certain services or not, and who would do that work and what is their experience, and 3) would like website somehow verifiable by outside source that coding is correct. I hear horror stories of poor coding work and it's hard for others to update! HOW can we avoid this?
