We are creating a new freelancer style website and need a Developer/Designer to design the front-end, code the back-end, and integrate with Yahoo web hosting platform. Yes, we need to be able manage the maintenance and have the option to execute changes in Yahoo Site Builder or similar tool. Elegant and uncluttered design is extremely important in terms of the look-and-feel (please share sites that you have done that meet this description).
SEO is very important for the site development. In addition to the standard features of a freelancer style website, the site must also include functionality for loyalty rewards, feedback ratings system, watch list. The technologies you may use in addition to HTML include MySQL 4.1, PHP 4.3.11, Perl 5.8.7.
Bids should include the following for your work effort:
-Initial discussion on requirements
-Review of our requirements document
-Provide feedback and written contribution to finalize the requirements document
-Design mock up of initial look and feel of web pages
-Coding of web pages
-Integration with Yahoo
-Testing of all features and functionality
-Two weeks availability to fix problems and manage changes within scope (after this time a new agreement can be reached for possible ongoing work)
