	Description:	I'm looking for someone who can: 1. install ffmpeg with all the codecs available on Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy 2. write a script for ffmpeg to convert videos to the following formats: a. flash/flv b. h.264 c. 3gpp d. ipod e. psp 3. write a script for ffmpeg to convert audio to mp3 4. Provide full detailed instructions for installing ffmpeg and the scripts to do the conversion. 5. Test the installation with a set of test videos. Please only respond if you have done this. I have used several developers and nobody can get the videos to output correctly without audio syncing issues or general video issues. Additional Info (Added 7/22/2008 at 2:07 EST)... Please post your past experience with ffmpeg and video conversion. I will not select you if you do not have experience.

	I can do this, thanks finally i can work with linux, it seems no one uses ubuntu, but i still do (i use mac linux and windows.) Please consider my offer, i work for Gkwebdesigns. I can do this in 3 - 5 days, depending on how many items there are and how many scripts you need.
