Need clone of real estate site estately (dot) com. The site needs to be almost exactly the same with a few simple changes.
This will be a local area site pulling in 4000-5000 listings so some functionality is not needed.

Changes
• Logo & name change.
• Slight color scheme change
• Agent Match option will be removed
• In Listing Details streetview will be removed
• Transit search will be removed
• Area Info may be removed but if you can incorporate would be great
• Map icons need to be different
• Property type on search may need to include 5-6 options
• Ability to easily place and rotate banner ads on top & bottom of pages, maybe left side also. Ad management such as HIOX Ad Manager or your recommendation would be helpful.

You need to create an account and use the site before bidding, site is clean and simple to use.
Please make sure you can duplicate this or do not bid.
Need easy to use admin back-end interface.
