	Description:	Hi, I am seeking someone to integrate a form, that's currently configured for GetResponse autoresponder. I currently have permission to use the software that creates these forms and am allowed to configure the form that is created from this software. What I want, is the form to be configured with Aweber autoresponder. The form is uploaded as a web page onto my server. This is a survey form that visitors complete, offer their name and email address and are immediately redirected to an analysis page after they hit the submit button. So essentially this form is uploaded in three parts... 1) Survey form (html page) 2) survey.css 3) surveysubmit_2.php I need someone to configure the form so that when someone completes a survey, the respondent's name, email address and responses are captured for me to review. And the respondent is immediately redirected to the analysis page (surveysubmit_2.php). Cheers.
