Looking for CakePHP (MVC) expert developer to build a secure, e-commerce site selling Retail Vouchers.
Bespoke site to be built from scratch.
We provide: full design, graphics + CSS, DB and Business Req.
Right person will have option to join core Startup Team with shares, etc and also re-locate if desired.
Additional Info (Added 7/6/2008 at 7:03 EST)...We need the site to be very modern and corporate looking to convey trust in a new brand of vouchers. Therefore, a os-commerce style standard php shopping cart layout is not what we're aiming for.
Following MVC with something like CAKE should also give:
1) A level of security with php/mysql.
2) Independence between the Application and the Graphic Designer who is already on board.
The application itself is very simple standard e-commerce of voucher numbers - maybe integrated with a 3rd party e-Card service and of course some online payment wallets and maybe a card processor direct.
The graphics element of the site should evolve into a rich media experience as more and more large brands join the voucher scheme and provide their media for the site.
