Description: |
I need a php page with the following:
1. A normal link to a php script (a new window opens). The file is always called "install.php" and is always in the same folder as this php page.
2. A link to download a file onto his computer. The file is always called "dump.sql" and is always in the same folder as this php page. Also an edit box and a button. User enters link into editbox and, when he clicks the button, he goes to that page. Also, whenever the user returns, the same link is in the editbox (so the user doesn't have to enter it again).
The page should show this form:

Each section (as above) should be separated with, for example," // ########## DOWNLOAD START" and " // ########## DOWNLOAD END" etc and operations well commented throughout for any changes I may wish to make later. Also, I may want to copy/paste sections for extra links, editboxes, download buttons.
The script must have a consistent look throughout so header.htm and footer.htm files must be included.
Also I will own the copyright.
