	Description:	I am looking for a web developer/company that can accomplish the task of creating an Online Auction website for me. I am not only looking for someone to write or program a script but I am looking for someone to put together the website in an appealing manner to the eye, website and graphic design, adding all the features that I need/request, banner and or adsense integration, PayPal integration, uploading and installing the program to the sever and making sure I am good to go, and someone that will NOT bail out once the project is complete. I also want someone that will be there when I need updates, changes, or have problems with the site. I want the Site/Script built from scratch; do not use open source codes; I don't want any one to claim rights. Only experienced companies who have developed auction scripts and can show us their work should bid, bid should be final. We will have all the rights to the project you cannot use it anywhere, duplicate it, resell it, or replicate it. I have found a few sites that have similar features and layouts that I would consider as a fairly close match to what I am looking for. They are: ebay.com , mmobay.net , webdiz.com I DO NOT want a cookie-cutter clone of these however. I am interested in purchasing a web-based auction system that has most of the characteristics of ebay. The features that I can think of right away that I will need will include: · User Registration/Login · Placing maximum bids with automatic proxy bidding (like Ebay) · Ebay-like feedback system, including “Detailed Seller Rating” program · The option to select auctions to “Watch” and move them into your Watch List · Search auctions by keywords or by categories · Browse Auctions by category with the number of listings in parenthesis next to each category · Featured items are listed first in search results list · Users are able to create and start auctions · Users can upload picture(s) into their auction listing (max size to be defined by Admin) · Integrated banner rotator, static banners, and integrated AdSense · Integrate PayPal for members to pay auction listing fees · Integrate PayPal to send out invoices the 1st of the month or when account balance hits a predetermined limit · Integrated support ticket system for member's comments, issues, complaints, or problems. · Fluid and simple to use Admin panel · An option for member's to include an additional username in auction listing for delivery of digital product · A place within the auction listing to show if a member has had a physical address confirmed · A place within the auction listing to show if a member has had their identity confirmed · Option for auction sub-titles (words in subtitle also included with title in auction search feature) Admin will need to have access to: Place accounts on hold (make them not allowed to place bids or start auctions) Easily able to change fees for auctions features, closing fees, and initial fees Easily add, delete, edit or move categories Credit or Debit member's account balances as needed Easy to add, edit, or remove from the “Scammer List” Easy way to add text memos for site news and updates Modify or delete feedback as needed Easily add, delete banners from the rotator Easily change the static placed banners Places I will want to have easy access to change text will include: Terms and Conditions Privacy Policy Help FAQs Site Fees How To: Power Seller Program Members should be able to: Search by title (and subtitle included) or check a box to search by title AND description Search the completed listings Place feedback for other's once auctions are completed and paid for Contact seller to ask questions about the auction View the feedback on other members Select auctions to move into their Watch List Click a button to report an auction listing that violates the terms of service Auction features or options that members will have the option to chose from to upgrade their listing (at a cost): More than one picture Specific start time Add a subtitle Make it bold Highlight the listing Add a “make offer” feature Make it a featured item with the category Make it a featured item on the home page Place a “Buy-it-Now” price I prefer to work with vendors who have done similar projects that I can view.
