Description: |
I am interested in a programme to track the FIRST TEN SECONDS only of the following video of a horse race and output a relative position in data format say every 0.5 seconds in PostgreSQL.
Please "prove" your previous experience in video tracking.
I am willing to wait 2 months for something reliable.

Additional Info (Added 7/6/2008 at 17:20 EST)...Due to some interest I will add some explanation.
I will run your programme over many videos that look almost exactly the same. I have more examples of this video but the view is always the same.
The first ten seconds is a front view, after that the camera angle turns and it would be extremely difficult to track. Concentrate on the first ten seconds.
I need data that is saved to a text file, csv that gives a relative position of the horse compared to its initial value. For example all horses start in teh same position each time. So 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 . After 0.5 seconds the position of the horse relative to the start might be 1.5 2.5 3.5 1 3.7 -1.2 -2 2. LEFT or RIGHT.
