	Description:	This is a substantial piece of work, with a substantial budget (OVER $5,000), please read the details carefully and only bid on what we have requested and only on the terms we have requested. We are looking for a company to get us into google.co.uk 1st page search results for the following two key words: bathrooms bathroom baths Website : bathroomevolution.co.uk Our terms: Sucess criteria: ---------------- 1) Payment would only be once the results have been achieved: www.bathroomevolution.co.uk is listed on 1st page of google.co.uk natural search listings when ALL THREE of the following two searches are conducted (a) bathrooms and (b) bathroom and (c) baths. 2) This search must be conducted once a week for four consecutive weeks and point 1 must be achieved on all four occasions. 3) The job must be completed within 9 months. If the results are not achieved within this time this project's deliverables have not been met and payment will not be made and the project will be cancelled. Payment terms: -------------- 4) You should bid a fixed amount. Each month we will put 1/9th of the money into scriptlance escrow. If you achieve the project deliverables quicker than the 9 months, we will make the FULL payment immediately to you. If after 9 months the deliverables have not been made as per (1) and (2), the project will be cancelled and the money we put into escrow over the 9 months will be returned to us. To be clear : if you do not deliver you will not get paid anything. 5) Once the project's deliverables have been met and the project fee has been paid, we will continue the monthly fee for a minimum of 4 months in which time you will be expected to continue your work to ensure our rankings are maintained. We may optionally choose to extend a month contract after this period - but this would be negotiated separately. Our committment: ---------------- 6) We will provide developer resources to make changes requested to our website on your advice. However, we reserve the right to reject any changes requested and do not commit to any specific time frame for the implementation of changes requested (but we will try our very best to implement quickly). We would expect around a maximum of 3-5 man days per month of our developer resource allocated to making website changes over this period. We would be likely to reject any changes which make the website less easy to use or may damage the brand or quality of the astetics on our website. 7) We may optionally choose to continue some basic SEO optimization and linking internally or with other contractors. Budget: ------- I would iterate this is a substantial piece of work with substantial risks for the contractor - if the deliverables are not met, you do not get paid. We therefore understand this would require a substantial budget with substantial rewards ($5,000+) in the event that the deliverables are met.
