We need a ASP.NET example solution (VB sample will be great) or a .NET component (to use it in ASP.NET) for micro blogging.
It must possible to send and receive messages from ASP.NET <> Instant Messengers like: MSN, GTalk, AIM, Yahoo Messenger etc.
We have hear about libpurple, Pidgin (alias gaim) - http://pidgin.im/about/. This Lib is used from some similar services.

The goal are to get a ASP.NET API which can interact with libpurple (formally gaim or pidgin). We have hear from other services thats possible. As example usage you can also see this solution: http://www.revou.com/features.php This offer a blog solution by using this libpurple (check Server Requirements) but with php. We need it as ASP.NET and only the messaging API for interaction with instant messengers by using this libpurple (not complete blog).
Budget is currently not easy to say. Please check the project and make your suggestions and/or a offer.
