	Description:	I am creating an auction/classifieds site using Geodesic's script. I want the site to initially be open only to Canadians for selling and offering items for auction. I want the site to be open to only Canadians and Americans for buying and bidding. I have a database and script from http://www.ip2location.com which contains the info needed to determine the visitor's country. What I need is a way for the site to only allow Canadians to register as sellers and only Canadians and Americans to register as buyers. Everyone else should be redirected to a "sorry...etc" page.
