	Description:	Simple geo-targeting tools for printing place names in HTML, images and flash. -Must support country, state/region, city. I have the paid maxmind DB. -Automatic updates of the geo DB -LIGHT and scalable to work with load balancing/clusters. It will have a dedicated server to start with. -Secure Text: -Just a simple javascript for printing place names in HTML, PHP etc Images: -All the essential options that the plug-in (don't remember what it is called) supports and an interface for changing these options. -Preview of the background image (before adding the text) and preview of the output image. -Easy «point and click» position for the Geo text as well as manual pixel coordinate positioning. -Possibility to edit the image later. Flash: -This is new to me and I'm not sure how this works, but I want it. Lets discuss the possibilities...
