This project is a combination of ecampusrecruiter (ecampusrecruiter.com) + online job site (jobstreet.com). ecampusrecruiter.com is not only a job site but has other modules ie student admission/application as well as college/ university module. So this will be something like:
1. Student module
2. University module
3. Job seeker module
4. Employee module
5. Training / Courses Module
6. Adminitrator Module
7. User module

Where admin can add / remove / edit any of the modules including the email system, text contents, menus etc. The student and university module I think about the same as job seeker and employee module except the fields and db would be a bit different but the coding style could be similar.

But this time I add few other modules ie:
1. Student module
2. institutional module (universities, colleges, schools, and kindergardens)
3. Job seeker module
4. Employee module
5. Training module (Institutes, consultans, courses etc)
6. Participants module
7. Adminitrator
