	Description:	Modify open source traffic management script from Prosper202.com Currently click tracking script tracks unique CPC clicks only, I need it to track CPM and CPV on multiple CPM and CPV ad networks. Also, need to modify decimal point display/input for CPV bid costs from "$0.00" to "$0.0000". Existing script is written in PHP using a MySQL database. 50% payment will be paid upon the delivery of a functional demo hosted on your server. Modification request work and fees to the functional demo will not exceed maximum bid amount.
