I am looking for an experienced Facebook app developer with design sensibility for an app that allows users to post a Twitter-like message about something they did today related to a topic that will remain confidential for now. The users also see a news feed of messages from other users who are friends, friends of friends, or anyone, depending on privacy settings. Users can click on the postings of other user to see more detail, leave comments, rating the posting, and one other category of structured feedback that will be disclosed later. I am looking for a developer who has experience with Facebook apps that have gone viral, and who knows how to instrument an app so we can measure the usage and growth, and experiment with the content. The first generation of this project is expected to be between $1000 and $1500 and will be escrowed. The project may grow and expand based on success, and based on the developer's proven ability to get things done reliably, willingness take the initiative in design detail without micromanagement, and the developers attention to detail and quality.
