Our company is looking for a reliable individual, or team of individuals who are easily reachable and reliable.
Ideally, we want to be able to communicate project details via MSN/Skype and see real-time results. The speed at which we can get things done is critical to us.
Our policy is this: Together, we set up available hours of contact and means of contact (cell phone SMS page, email, phone, instant messenger, etc). Two failed attempts to contact during the period of availability we mutually agree on will result in immediate termination of our contract, unless there is at least a 24 hour notice indicating non-availability.
We have not one, but a large stream of projects related to making landing pages, making modifications to webpages, changing css, etc. We need someone who is good with web design, flash (OPTIONAL), and who has a good graphical eye. We want talented individuals who can create strong selling and good looking web pages, and modify existing ones.
This particular project involves changing the landing page for a client's site -- simple stuff, changing forms here and there, making it look very sharp. Ideally, I want someone who has a good portfolio of web design work - who is good with graphical/photo editing, and who above all else is reliable and easy to contact.
The landing page in question requires about an hour of work (max). I want to work with either a single developer who is trustworthy, or a team which is always available for projects. I have many more where this one comes from.

Starting pay will be around $25.00/hr depending on skill and experience. Expected starting hours will be between 2-6 weekly, expected to grow.
