	Description:	I have attached a PDF which is a demo of the front-end of the website. The client does not want registration on the site - they want to assign user names and passwords in the admin area. We can use the map at http://www.home-elevator.net/local.html which already has the hotspots done for all of the states. The client needs to be able to enter cities and assign them to a state, and enter sites and assign them to cities. They want only 2 interior pictures and 2 exterior pictures for each site. They may not need to use all 4 photo "slots" and they will never want more than that. They do not want any text captions with the photos. If they upload new photos for a site they want the old pictures to be overwritten with the new. We are open to suggestions on how to best handle adding new cities to states and how the individual state images are handled.
