Hello,
We are in need of a digital rights management / serial number registration system for our software. We use Adobe Director to create our projects and deploy on mac / pc.
We need a way to issue each customer a serial number on our website, they then run our app on cd which will take the serial number and their username / validate and run. We want the ability to add more installs to their account, create a large number of installs so a person can do a volume purchase.
One area we have discussed is a network license model for those needing many seats. This way if the system is hacked and more than one license is found on the network it kills the app.
We need this to run in php / mysql on the backend and we also need to have the developer sign and NDA.

Additional Info (Added 7/7/2008 at 14:32 EST)...This bid should also include support time to tweak the final solution. We will be building the application in Director and will require both a Mac / pc model for it to work.
