Hello,
I am looking for an extremely creative web designer to design 5 different types of Landing Pages for me. These landing pages will be a single page site with a customer form (I'll provide the form).
Here is what will be needed:
1. Layout and Design.
2. HTML/CSS design should not be from a canned template for naturual search reasons.
3. Basic Logo Needed.
4. Necessary pictures/artwork to complete the job. **
**Please use pictures from istockphoto.com, and I will re-imburse, or I can purchase and upload them to you.
**Please let me know which pictures you'd like to use prior to the purchase.
What I will provide you:
- I will provide you the HTML form I will be using, along with Javascript tags.
- I will provide you good detailed examples of the landing pages of what I'm looking for. But for now, it will be along these lines:

Terms:
- Each Landing Page should be mocked up in Photoshop and agreed upon prior to coding. (Water Sealed Photos/Artwork should be sufficient at this stage).
- Each Landing Page Design should meet my satisfaction, and must be approved.
- Each Landing Page/Design will be paid 20% of the total project bid until all 5 designs are completed totalling 100% of the project bid price.
- 20% of the total project price will be escrowed immediately, and remaing designs will be escrowed for the project.
- All Designs, Code, Photoshop Files must be handed over upon completion of each Landing Page Design.
