We need a clone of docstoc.com (main functions/ features). The converting engine is avaiable and will be include byself, as well the player for the docīs.
As main goal are a community site with full backend (admin of complete website) which can be fast changed to similar services like youtube.com, slideshare.net or may scribd.com. Main functions are on all this sites similar.
We want to get a classic ASP site or ASP.NET (VB) with MS SQL Database.
