	Description:	PHP Developer - Large Project using PHP Framework Thank you for your interest. We are an established Email Service Provider (ESP) in business for 10 years. Currently we are doing a complete rewrite of one our online applications for the purposes of updating and adding new functionality. We are looking to establish a long term relationship with a programming team to work with this particular application. Continuous work in the form of updates will be available beyond the completion of this current project. ** Please note the required pre-conditions before applying ** - Knowledge of English - You must be able read and write English well. - Availability by IM and email during the (14:00 GMT to 18:00 GMT) time frame. - You need a team of multiple programmers (more than one) to work full time on this project. - Your team needs prior experience completing large projects. - Interested parties need the ability to work with others as part of a "virtual team" Required Skills: - PHP framework such as CakePHP or Zend or similar. No proprietary frameworks. - PHP5 / MySQL / Ajax / Javascript / Linux - Provide quality, well-documented code - Estimate, set deadlines, and meet them - Communicate status accurately and daily Helpful Skills: - Understand email delivery technology ( Sender ID, SPF, Domain Keys) - Postfix mail servers Payment and Terms: - Both parties will agree to the time and costs of all projects before commencement. - We will mutually agree upon approximately 20 milestones as steps to completing the whole project. - You will get paid promptly upon completion of each small pre-agreed milestone. Completion is defined as fully completing the specs, all bugs fixed, and working on our servers. - Payment will be in USD. Options include Scriptlance escrow, or deposited into your Paypal/Bank Account. We can discuss other payment options if necessary. - Because we require full intellectual property rights, work completed must be your own. - A reference is available from our overseas sysadmin. Scope of Work Overview: Build an autoresponder/list host email service that assists customers with the collecting, storing and sending of email messages to those customers' leads. You will learn how our services and servers work. It will be necessary for you to install all deliverables as well as ensure the application is working properly. You will be starting this project from the beginning. I. Registration of Customers with username and password 1. Free customers         2. Paid Customer         3. Free Trial Customers II. Accept credit cards and PayPal 1. Build a reoccurring monthly billing system     2. Base monthly charge on customers database size III. Build User Interface for Customers that uses ajax 1. Allow customers to create database for storing their leads 2. Allow customers to create email messages for sending at pre-set intervals 3. Allow customers to create web forms for placing on 3rd party sites 4. Allow customers to create and send email broadcast to thousands of leads 5. Allow customers to search through their lead databases 6. Compile tracking statistics of open / clicks on customers sent messages IV. Build Affiliate program 1. Allow customers to promote service with unique affiliate URLs 2. Pay reoccurring monthly commissions to affiliates who have referred existing paying customers V. Build back-end area for administrators 1. Make password protected 2. Allow for searching of customers 3. Allow for creation and sending email broadcasts to customers 4. Allow for creation, storing and sending of template emails to customers 5. Allow for price changing on services offered VI. Build application to work on Multi-Server network     1. Transfer existing database of customers to new network - Complete written specifications and full mock html pages are available upon receipt of our signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
