A new link page (adult related) needs link building.

Requirements:
- may not be blocked or penalized
- must have PR1+
- may not be illegal, may not contain illegal content
- must have a .com, .net, .org or .us.
- must be english
- may not contain any adware or spyware

So, reciprocal linking is allowed, but I prefer abc.
