This is a big project, so please bid only if you are able to complete it by a pre-determined deadline, and only if you have reviewed the website in question, and are certain you can complete the job with minimal bugs or problems.
We are looking for a replica of the eDirectory.com script. This script features modules such as "Classifieds", "Events", "Articles", and we will need all of these as well, as separate modules that can be instantly added to the "core" script to enhance the directory. The script MUST include:

- Module 1# Classified Script (basic classified script as shown: http://www.demodirectory.com/classified/)
- Module 2# Events Script (http://www.demodirectory.com/event/)
- Module 3# Article Script (features articles, such as news, current events, etc. Articles created from within admin panel).
- Module 4# Coupon Script (features merchants and their coupons, can be printed off on site)

There is also an advertising system/module on the directory that lets administrators make money by offering advertising that appears within designated 'boxes" (see along right hand side on directory pages) as well as overview here: http://www.demodirectory.com/advertise.php
The directory script must be integrated to use Paypal, 2Checkout, Authorize.net, LinkPoint, and WorldPay.
Must feature the ability to export the directory, in the event they wish to use another script in the future.
Must have a "subscription only" feature, that allows administrators to charge for access to the directory: With our user management features you can have individual user accounts and password protect your directory. Must use the same payment processors as described above.
We need someone experienced in programming and who doesn't just throw out a bid, but evaluates the project and ensures without doubt, that they can do it exactly as requested.
The template must have a VERY similar look and feel, including the same layout as the directory examples above. Very clean, and professional.
The front page of the directory would show boxes that contain information from the various categories (Recent Articles, Recent Classifieds, Recent Events, etc) as well as advertisements, etc.

Project must be completed within 60 days, with ongoing communication.
Must be written in PHP, and can include Ajax, jquery, Javascript, etc.
Review the demo, as well as the admin panel to properly evaluate what this project will require.
You are NOT required to design our website or admin panel/order processing, that will be done as a separate project. You are required to create the directory script with ALL of their featured modules in one script. (We will not be selling them separately, they will be all included in the one package)
We will require full rights upon completion of this script, as well as ongoing communication during the development process. We will award an additional cash bonus for a job well done.
Companies or teams are welcome to bid, provided regardless of who is put in control of finishing the project, we are given contact details (messenger, Skype, etc)
