This project consists of the following:
"They did a good job with putting the site up but they were slow at doing this. The main problem has been since it has been up. There has been a problem with their programming where doctors start registering to join the society and can't complete for there was an error message that says their e-mail is taken. Whatever the problem with that is, they have really not fixed it nor helped the doctors,walked them through, the process. It has become very frustrating dealing with Kris and now she just isn't responding to any e-mails. She thinks I am an "...hole" and I think she is a b..... so under those circumstances, it is hard to carry on a business!
The way the system works is that she has an initial list of plastic surgeons names. They go to Join ASBPS and progress through the registration process. If they are on that list, they are eligible to join. Some are not on that list, then they e-mail me and I have asked Kris to put them on that master list. I have also asked her to make it so I can just add them to no avail! I have five doctors I have asked her to add."
" Actually, they set up the ability for me to add plastic surgeons to the list. Several things that I need:
1)Ability to add photos to the procedures pages that doctors send me-this could be done by you rather than give me the capability. I suspect about 1-5 sets of photos per month, possibly even less- I have two sets(3each) pending now
2)remove a person's e-mail from the site so they can register with that e-mail. What happens is the person begins registration process with a particular e-mail address and then doesn't finish the process and goes back to continue registering and he cannot because it says that the e-mail is already in use.- This again occurs unusually-maybe 10 total. The one person who I need to remove his e-mail is sfostermd-AT-aol.com
3)Change the money we now charge for registration for plastic surgeons to join. It is presently $375 and I want to change it to $250 because it is six months to go. Also, the platinum membership upgrade which is ? should be now reduced to $275. This reduction will stay in effect until the next dues cycle which won't be until October of this year"
