Description:	Hello, We are a consultancy and development company and have lots of LAMP projects. We are looking for serious programmers who thinks that they can be good assets for our company. Our main area of projects is Joomla. So if you are a good developer and have idea about Joomla API you are welcome. Our first project to be given will be a Joomla + Hot Property solution. We need Hot Property highly customized for our clients needs. The developer has to have good skills in Ajax,Google Maps API and Joomla development. Detailed project description will only be given to serious bidder who sends their cv / portfolios through PMB. All providers are welcome whether they have feedback or not but the ones without feedback have to prove their skills. Our payment terms are flexible we can use either escrow through scriplance or any other payment method you prefer. No upfront will be paid due to our previous experiences. Happy Bidding
