Description:	We currently have a site that is 70% complete. The site is programmed in PHP4, and also utilises features of AJAX, MySQL, ASP & .NET. We are looking for a combined programming and graphics team to take the site to completion. This includes finalising all the programming and graphics for the site. We would like the option to pay the team actuals, however are open to proposals. We intend to impose a fairly strict timeline that we expect the Project Manager to align the team against. The site was created to harness the experience and knowledge of risk and security managers at all levels within the private and public environment. As the internet and associated technology moves forward the opportunities to improve our expertise through collaboration adds real value to what we do as professionals. By raising professional delivery we attain the real goal of enabling a secure environment for our most important asset, the people we protect. We aim to take the knowledge of the risks that impact security and the mitigation measures that can be put in place out of the silo. By sharing this knowledge we hope to improve the understanding of the value that security adds and raise the professional ability of security managers everywhere.
