	Description:	I am looking for someone to do a flash screen for a webpage. The page is meant to outline how the web site works in a dynamic manner. The graphics for the site will have to be created also the flash movement files itself. We are not looking for overly complex graphics but the flash should be well done. (this is not a flash demo requirement more of the use of flash to explain the site) Please see attached doc for the information to be integrated into the page. Please not that this is a general layout to give an indication...it is not meant to be taken verbatim as the desired layout. Many thanks for your time.
