Description:	I have a wordpress project I'm working on and will be using WP as a CMS, the whole project works fine except for the fact that there are 2,7 mill categories. As a result I can barely even access my site due to a MYSQL problem with the server hanging on "copying tmp table" due to certain queries being executed. In the slow-queries log I have a record of the offending queries and when I do a mysql "EXPLAIN" on the queries I can see some of the issues but not sure what to do about them. I need someone with expertise in this area to look at either tweaking mysql (some forums claim this is a mysql bug - but I have my doubts), altering WP database, editing the queries produced by taxonomy.php or SOMETHING so that queries are fast and slick.
