Description:	I just had this program made for audio files - works great. Now I need the same thing for Flash files. I need a program that plays flash files, something like Swiff Player, but very simple. I want to be able to program the speed of the Flash file before I play it, telling the program that I want to start the file at 100% speed, then at 15 seconds add 1%, then at 30 seconds add 3%, so I can program the whole file before it plays, picking out how fast it plays and when it speeds up or slows down. I don't care what program is used to make it, so long as it works on XP and Vista. And the audio has to stay sounding good - no chipmunk voices when it speeds up. Money is escrowed upon acceptance, released upon being happy with the program you've made.
