I have done this before for websites running Cpanel, Plesk and manually with Bind in Linux for the DNS settings and mod rewrite for forwarding. I can easily complete this project so that when someone access a subdomain it will be as if they went to your domain with the subdomain as a folder at the end of the url. I am able to get started right away.
