	Description:	1-I need a clone to scriptlance but in Arabic Language. 2-Arabic Language is RTL (Right to Left) and Windows-1256 Encoding. 3-Every thing must be RTL. 4-I am professional designer and I will do the translation. 5-I need it to be done in English using language.php file then I will translate the content of that file to fit Arabic. 6-Also it must be a templates based site so that I can modify the design when needed. 7-You will receive ftp access and frontpage extension access & database information. 8-My host supports PHP Version 5.2.3 & MYSQL 5.0.45 & GD bundled (2.0.34 compatible) 9- SSL Available 10- Captcha for Registration 11- Import Contacts from Yahoo, Gmail, Aol..etc. 12- Must support Paypal, 2Checkout, www.Cashu.com & others when stated. 13- My budget is so limited so please be reasonable when bidding. 14- I will do a major help in any task I can do, I've been developing for 5 years but need your help. 15- I want all scriptlance features but mustn't look their site.
