I need a very basic bare bones php script for my stock picking service. Users will see 2 pages, current alerts, and past alerts along with a admin panel to manage the alerts.
For each alert:
Symbol, current price, target price 1, target price 2, stop loss, status (live or past), date entered, date live(scheduling), source
Functions:
Add/Edit/Delete/Schedule Trade Alerts
Broadcast (email) Trade alerts at scheduled time & date just code the loop to email each receiver and I'll later add the query to supply the email addresses
track progress of (status:live) alerts (hourly, pull prices from yahoo finance)
track progress of past alerts (daily, pull from yahoo)
In the admin panel I want to see a list of the alerts sorted by source.
Again this needs to be a basic clean script, no fluff, no user permissions, password protected admin, etc...
Conditions:

I need this fast, should take a hour or so to code if you understand the project.
Regardless of bid amount escrow will be used through scriptlance only.
I AM open to pre-made scripts - message me about that if you have any before bidding.
Additional Info (Added 5/14/2008 at 23:07 EST)...Also the script needs to use curl instead of fopen for pulling the stock prices from yahoo.
