1. Accessible by SKYPE (chat/voice) during normal business hours EST.
2. It's okay if you're in college but no highschool kids please (too inaccessible during the day: United States Time - preferably Eastern Time)
3. Deadlines matter. If you have much larger priorities beyond programming, please don't bid.

My site MUST include the following criteria:
- custom made or existing classifieds script heavily modified both in function and design (I don't care which one, so long as it has a robust admin panel)
- BARTER options to be included: Will be explained once job is awarded
- ebay api to pull specific ebay data based on keywords/tags
- custom fee calculation based on various fee structures for my site (paypal integration at a bare minimum)
- SEO friendly, period.
- RSS Feeds
- Widgets for placement of products on other sites (like auction ads)
- Some AJAX implementation required
If you don't have experience in ALL of the above, please don't bid.
If you aren't big into design, I'll just need it to be css/template-able.

A good coder should be able to code for function within less than 20-30 hours total.

Additional Info (Added 5/15/2008 at 0:43 EST)...Note that all features of any good classifieds script will be wanted including: Feedback system, private messaging, public conversational/comment style messaging (similar to ebay's ask the seller function), shipping calculator and distance limitations (how far away someone is willing to do business - i.e. within 10 miles, 20 miles, 1000 miles, Florida Only, etc.)
