Description:	Don't really know the best way to describe this project, but i will try. This is for a call center running mostly telemarketing campaigns through a predictive dialer. It should work like this: Once a live call is transferred to a rep i would like the sorftware to pop open and autopopulate the lead data of the call that was transferred. Basic info like name, address, phone #, etc. From there, the rep will read off of a standard sales script embeded in the program(which i will provide) and enter in a few more field data boxes. From there, the rep will click on 1 or 4 buttons which will trigger one of the following: Save the lead as active, open up another page where the rep will fill in more data, save as "Do Not Call", or save as no sale. From there, if active, the rep should be able to email or print pre-existing forms (which i will provide) that should auto populate with the data taken on the application. The rep should also be able to come back and update the status as sold, pending, etc. they should be able to add notes and also enter data pertaining to various significant milestones. There should be a reminder function, like outlook, to schedule follow ups and return calls. This should be set up to handle about 30 users and 1-2 admin log ins. Admin should be able to run various analytical reports to track production and flo through as well as reassigned leads to various users. There is a lot more to this job and more details will be provided at a later date. PLEASE only bid or PM if you are serious and have experience creating a similar program.
