We require a programmer to develop a professional looking website that will allow escrow payments to be made to an account and out to a service provider when the service has been provided to satisfaction.
The project is confidential at this stage and ndas will need to be signed.
The website itself will need to display photographs and images and possibly videos to allow users to make a choice to book the services.
We may need to use existing platforms as a guide.
The whole website will need to run itself with minimal input from and admin view point once set up.
