Description:	We want to have a clone of shop.com with all its functions- Multiple merchants can post products on our site and users can browse and buy all products seamlessly through one shopping cart. Merchants using our integrated shopping system will pay for orders on a pay per order basis as a percentage of the sale value. Aside from this, there will also be a facility for other types of merchants to add products which link directly back to their own site and these orders will be charged on a cost per click basis. Manual order upload on a product by product basis, and also XML data feed will need to be incorporated for bulk data uploads. Please see shop.com for functionality. overstock.com contains a very good user interface for browsing products ONLY SERIOUS BIDDERS! ONLY Escrow Payment will be accepted. Please provide references.
