Description:	The project is to create a XML aggregator that collects all the current website and domain sales on the internet. Also, I need a basic web design to display the parsed XML information. A very basic version of what I need is here: http://www.shoemoney.com/marketplace/ The XML script (or whatever technology) should pull the feeds from the websites and post them so people can view lots of webmaster auctions at once. The site needs two sections: Domain Names and Websites. I can provide a list of websites that carry auctions for the team of programmers to work on. Should be a simple task.

This sounds quite simply, no need for a large payment. I've actually just done 2 projects that grab RSS feeds and then output them, see briterwebdesign.com/portfolio.html and look at the ones which use LastRSS. If I understand you correctly all you need is the content from multiple RSS feeds with a nice design. Have I got that correct? Ready to work.
